Refund & Cancellation Policy

Because Digital Product is a digital product that is delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales are final once the file has been delivered.

We will refund you in full if

• You were charged twice for the same order.
• Payment was deducted but you did not receive the download link, and we are unable to deliver the file within 48 hours of you contacting us.
• The file is corrupted or does not open, and we cannot provide a working replacement within 48 hours.

How to request

Email support@thekitnest.shop within 7 days of purchase with your payment ID and the reason. Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled after payment, since the Product is delivered immediately.
